Subscription not processed

My experience is very frustrating me because I paid and the after sales service is very bad I paid for the monthly premium R200 yesterday my dashboard is still locked even after 24hours, and this is not the first time I once paid R100 for the 14 day access and till today my dashboard it's still locked I never even got any refund, I don't feel like freelancerport.com is a bad platform but I feel like the team is too comfortable in not providing a good service which affects the platform. I'm still waiting it's been 48hours for the dashboard to be unlocked I really hope they improve this time every platform deserves a second chance.
