Freelancer Port is not a market place that is trust worthy, they require money to allow you to open an account but it can take months to activate the account and you don't even get your refund when you request it. I'm on day 45 and still waiting for my refund.

Do not trust this platform it is all a lie. My subscription has been "processing for 24 hours" for 2 months already. They can't tell you what is happening except they that have reached capacity every time and when you request a refund they are just quiet. Still waiting either for acceptance or refund. It's disgusting from a platform like this. If you have reached capacity put it on your website and stop collecting money from people knowing your can't help them!!!! I think the people on here giving them 5 stars are their own people giving reviews to lure people in. Don't trust this site.

Support really came through
I ended up losing access to my account recently, which was pretty stressful because I had already put time into it. I reached out to support expecting it to take a while, but they actually got back to me quickly and helped me recover everything. Really appreciated how smooth they made the whole process. It’s nice knowing there’s proper support when you need it. Overall, a very positive experience.

Great to keep me occupied and earn at the same time
As a retiree was honestly getting a bit bored just sitting around all day. I then came across Freelancer Port while browsing online and thought I’d give it a try. Really glad I did. It gives me something to do and I get to earn a bit of extra income at the same time, which is always nice.

My experience is very frustrating me because I paid and the after sales service is very bad I paid for the monthly premium R200 yesterday my dashboard is still locked even after 24hours, and this is not the first time I once paid R100 for the 14 day access and till today my dashboard it's still locked I never even got any refund, I don't feel like freelancerport.com is a bad platform but I feel like the team is too comfortable in not providing a good service which affects the platform. I'm still waiting it's been 48hours for the dashboard to be unlocked I really hope they improve this time every platform deserves a second chance.

Takes Patience
Getting started wasn’t easy, I had to wait a bit which was frustrating. But once I got in, things were actually pretty decent. Easy to use and there’s usually work available. Not perfect, but good overall.

Nice side income option
I use freelancer port in my spare time and it’s been helpful for some extra money. Nothing too complicated, which I like. It’s not something that replaces a full-time job, but for side income it does the job well.
