We are on holiday from Gauteng. We drive a Toyota landcruiser. We have a problem with our front wheel. We know what to do but needed just a lift (Toyota next door was closed) 3 men sat in the workshop - NO CARS IN THE WORKSHOP. They said NO, can't help.😕 Being on their cell phones were more important than assisting...and earning money for the company...

Had a great experience trading in one of our oldest workhorses and buying a slightly used next-gen. The sales lady, Lusinda van der Westhuizen, was excellent throughout the whole trade-in and purchase. It was a seamless experience. Also would like to thank the F&I, Andries and sales manager Dirk for going the extra mile with offering a great deal and approving discount on the next gen unit. Last but not last, i received an excellent Ford gift from Lusinda. I’m really excited to see who Ford Oudtshoorn is going to excel with this new staff and drive for sales.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service. After experiencing mechanical issues on our Ford Everest in Beaufort we opted to have Ford Oudtshoorn help with our vehicle since it was still under warranty. We were returning home (Pretoria) from Cape Town. After being at Ford Oudtshoorn for 5 weeks to fix an injector and head gasket we went on our own expenses to collect the vehicle which then was sent to another garage to fix new problems for another 3 weeks. While in Oudshoorn we were told they cannot help get us home, its not there problem and opted to help us to drop us( a family with to under 6 years olds) at Colesburg Garage and told they have done their part. 700Km away from home and stranded at a garage was the best they could do. After the drove our R600 diesel to my account to "test" my vehicle that when I got me vehicle there was a list of new mechanical issues. I cannot believe that Ford would allow this kind of Customer service, after sales and that such a worshop is authorised by FORD. 9 days unpaid leave 3 flights up and down and this is what FORD calls service.

Cannot believe this is an accredited Ford dealership. These guys "fix" your vehicle with a silicon gun. They repair door locks with a chemical that effs up your paintwork for ever. They ***** bits off your vehicle before you even take delivery. They charge you R5k for licensing etc which you then have to do at your own expense - and then they fail to refund you. They do not settle your trade-in finance until you have paid for another months ownership - long after they have possession of the vehicle. It's a ****. I wrote to Ford SA but again got zero feedback. I would copy this complaint to Ford SA but they do not provide an email address for customer feedback on their website. Avoid this Ford dealership at all costs.

Bought a car from this dealership just before Christmas. Flip, the so called Sales Manager delivered the car. From a distance I pointed out to him visible and unacceptable panelbeating and paint work on the car. He promised to fix everything when panelbeaters are open. There is a big noise like loose parts on the front left wheel. Upon looking underneath, oil leaks and worn out parts clearly visible. The car must have been in an accident. The seats not properly secured and everything about the car was just a rush. I called Flip, told him to fetch his car, he said he would arrange for collection. Three weeks later am still stuck with their DEFECTIVE Polo. My advice to anyone who wants to buy from this dealership - Rather go elsewhere or you will regret buying from them. Big skelms

After my previous complain Jacques sales person and Kobus de Jager did contact me for my bank details . This made me very optimistic about the spare key and the money they should pay me as we arrangend at the bigging of my 3 transaction of buying a car through them . I am sorry to say it is about two weeks or longer and still there was no money paid to me . The waiting period is long now .I received the car 1 March waited for papers and then the arrangment was that I pay at my local town to get car in my name and Oudtshoorn Ford wil pay me back . as mentioned they have not paid me yet. If you are from another town and buy from oudtshoorn be prepared to wait for your money if you go in a arrangment like that . In future if they want to sell a car to me they will deliver already in my name .

Hello . They never gave me my spare key to my new car and also not paid me back to do registration at my home town after they arranged with me not to deliver car. They asked me to do these registration myself and FORD Oudtshoorn will pay for that costs of that. When I investigated why they do not pay me the answer was I did not give them the bakkie I traded spare key . I also did not received bakkies spare key from them and only drove it for a year .I do not want to mention names here but it seems management is the problem after I talked to sales person .
