No attention to detail, No verification procedures

Their product quality is good. However, the service delivery is very poor and shows a lack of attention to detail.

Our driver was given the incorrect order at collection, and we only discovered this once we arrived at the event. As a result, we were left without our Flyerz materials and instead received another customer’s order. This created unnecessary disruption during an important event.

Basic order verification procedures could have prevented this, but clearly there are no verification procedures in place.
