I am formally complaining about ongoing connectivity and speed issues that have continued for more than a month. The router has been replaced three times, technicians have come more than four times, and I have done more than 10 to 15 reboots, yet the service still fails after supposed fixes.
Your records show repeated tickets, including 01364456, 01330611, and 01283081, with repeated 24 to 72 hour timelines, but no durable resolution. Vuma technicians also have done work outside of the premises, yet stability has not improved.
Please escalate this to a senior technical team, provide a single point of contact, and confirm a firm plan and timeline. If this is not resolved within a reasonable period, I will have no choice but to consider cancelling your service.
