The service was very poor. The technician came to the home for the freezer, did not test it, only listened to the fridge, and left within 5 minutes—had to pay an additional R 550.00 for a damage report above the call-out fee. To date, after 4 weeks have still not received the damage report, although I have requested it numerous times. STAY away from this company

Worst place to do business. Focus more on making money then providing a service. Does not care about customer service. How do you work with people/management that's condescending and think that they are right and better than the next person. Choose another place to do business.

I am not sure why this company has good ratings! From the switchboard, receptionist and managers YOU RECEIVE NO SERVICE! Called multiple times to get a technician to set up an appointment to come - it’s impossible no one calls you back - complaining to the manager doesn’t help either - it looks like THEY DONT WANT customers! Unbelievable unprofessional attitude towards a customer! They ask you for details and never phone you back - I phoned and send messages everyday for 5 days - not one call from a technician! Not sure, if they run an actually a business! DONT bother to use them they absolutely useless!

I had an overpriced call out fee, R495 for a quotation. Which we had to pay in cash or transfer to the company before the visit. The quotation to replace a SMEG oven, bottom element was R4000 half deposit and half before fitting. I needed to vacate my apartment and move the contents from CPT to PLZ. I was told 14 work day wait for supply of part from SMEG. On inquiring I was poorly treated by Customer service officer, speaking over me from a dizzy height and told on 18/12/25, they are having annual closing on 19/12/25 and had no supply from SMEG. If they get the part they will only fit after full payment has been received on 19/12/25. If they don't get it, fitment is uncertain. On asking about return of my deposit the conversation was killed and the call terminated very abruptly, by Sharlene (the only Sharlene there, no surname given after mine was given in trust. I am being held hostage doubly, I can't move my contents to PLZ and I can't get my deposit back. My consumer rights are being violated. I stand vulnerable before this service provider with no recourse.

This company charges an excessive call-out fee. At first, everything seems impressive — they’re quick to come out and assess the job. But after that, communication drops completely. I heard nothing for 11 days. When I followed up and asked for my quotes — or a refund of the call-out fee — I suddenly received the quotes via email and WhatsApp. And to make matters worse, the quotes were highly overpriced. I got it fix by another company for 3x less what they charged me.

The absolute worse customer experience I have ever had!!! My oven door was shattered and I was promised it can be fixed by your team, the invoice was agreed a upon along with the 21 days waiting period. In this time I sent multiple whatsap messages to Marvaan to ask how the payment works upon which I got no replies. I called up time after time to follow up on how far you guys are with the repair and I was told its still being worked on, of which I was patient.(at the time I was in touch with Leticia) 3 weeks pass and I get a call from Shafiek advising me that the door was ready to be fitted but someone from their team shattered the door AGAIN, human error of which I understand it happens. A week pass, I have to call to follow up time after time for an update, I speak to Leticia who promises me a call back to give me an update, I told her I think its unacceptable that you're expecting me to pay a full price on a service that was not delivered on time, bear in mind I have a baking business so for more than a month now I can’t do any cake orders so I am losing out on money. Eventually once again I had to follow up and chase up for feedback, I am told by Shafiek that he was on leave (which is not my issues. He should have made sure someone followed up with me). He tells me the door is at their workshop and its done, which means if I didn't chase up a reply I would not have been contacted with an update once again. He tell me that he can send out a technician to fit the door but he doesn't have confidence that it will be a right fit, are you being for real now?? more than a month later I have been patient and you want to tell me this. I asked him if they can meet me halfway and give me an discount for this absolutely disguising customer service experience I've had, and he tell me I must speak to the accounts team, so I must do your job for you? You can mitigate on your customers behalf for all this inconvenience?? I am sorry I know these things happens but the atleast you can do is meet the customer half way for this ridiculous customer journey have had.........how do you expect me to stick to my agreement upon payment when you haven't delivered the agreed upon service? I should have looked at your hello peter rating before getting in business with you cause based on all your 1 star reviews this is a norm where you take customers for a ride.
