The service was very poor. The technician came to the home for the freezer, did not test it, only listened to the fridge, and left within 5 minutes—had to pay an additional R 550.00 for a damage report above the call-out fee. To date, after 4 weeks have still not received the damage report, although I have requested it numerous times. STAY away from this company
My package was received by DPD Laser on Monday 2024-12-02 for delivery to my home. Wednesday morning i contacted them to follow up, they informed that the package would be delivered the same day. This did not happen. On Thursday morning i phoned again and they informed that it would be delivered on Thursday , I phoned again on Thursday afternoon and they informed that they had a backlog and it would be delivered on Friday 2024-12-06. On Friday morning i phoned and was informed that they still have a backlog, I phoned again 2 hours later then they informed that their systems were down. Later o phoned again and they informed that they now cannot give me a date when the package would be delivered. They have had the package for the entire week and after numerous promises given that the package would be delivered now totally have any idee when this might happen. This is horrible to say the least. If not sure about the date of delivery do not promise multiple times. And Still i await any indication when the package would be delivered.
I tried using my credit card and this was declined as daily limit was exceeded, this being the first time using it and the amount being over R 5000 less than my limit. left with a red face infront of other customers and went to the nearest African Bank, they checked and said all is fine, enough daily limit, enough money in the account they dont know what is wrong, changed the pin on my card and logged a query for which i received a reference number and contact number. This contact number does not work after numerous attempts. Then received a SMS the query had been resolved and all in order. Again wen tot the shop for groceries and guess what, now the PIN nr are wrong, even tried the old and the new. Now still left with no food to buy. The app does not even allow me entry so that i can at least transfer money from my credit account to my other debit card so that i can buy food and electricity. This is beyond pathetic and disgrace, what am i suppose to do the remainder of the weekend with no cash flow. This is disgusting to say the least.
<p>On 16/03/2017 @ 18H 45 I visited Total Sports Paarl Mall to exchande a pair of rugby boots for another pair. even arriving 15 minutes before closing time the staff of Jaden and David were friendly and helpfull. It never seemed that they were in a rush to serve us in order to close on time. They were helpfull and assisting the entire time. When trying to refund the one pair of boots for another there was a problem on their system. They were appologizing the entire time even if this was not their fault. They were not in a rush and tried to resolve the problem. we spoke to the mannager of the store Elzaan at 19H30 where she kindly assisted in resolving the problem, also never trying to hurry it off as it was past closing time.</p> <p>At the end the issue was resolved and I left a very happy and satisfied customer. These glitches occur in any business which is fine, my satisfaction in the matter is from how the staff assisted in resolving the matter and the friendly attitude.</p> <p>Compliments to Total sports Paarl mall for the wonderfull service. The manager and the staff is a prime excample of customer care.</p>
