Disappointing Mother’s Day Experience – Poor Service and Untidy Food

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Fishaways today. I placed my order at 2:30pm for collection at 3:15pm, but when I arrived at 3:30pm, my order had not even been prepared.

The staff member assisting me said she had just started her shift and knew nothing about the order. There was no apology, no urgency, and I was simply told to wait another 10 minutes.

When I finally received the meals, the presentation was shocking. The food was packed carelessly, the chips looked overcooked and dry, and the portions between the two boxes were completely inconsistent. One meal had barely any rice or chips compared to the other, and overall the food looked rushed and unappetising.

What made this even more upsetting was that this was meant to be a Mother’s Day supper. Instead of enjoying a special meal, I was left frustrated and disappointed by both the service and food quality.

Definitely not the standard I expected.
