Stay away from ordering online

First Ascent makes worldclass clothing products, but their online order setup is totally useless. Last week I tried on a number of occasions to order an item online, first using my Ipad and then my PC. On the Ipad I got to the page where I had to fill in my address details, but could not get to the payment page at all; nothing happened when I touched the Payment tab. On my PC I managed to do a payment, got an approval message from my bank but then got a pop up on the First Ascent site stating that an error occurred in that the payment instruction to the bank had been wrongly formatted (whatever that may mean). The pop up invited me to try again, which I did four times in a row, without luck; got the same pop up each time. I then tried to send a message from the Contact Us page, but on submitting my message I got an error ID message (unsure what this meant). In the end I just gave up. (Luckily no money was debited from my bank account.)
