Beware! Product reviews are censored

I had an upsetting experience with a First Ascent hammock and mosquito net I purchased

Upon facing notable quality issues with both of these products, I took to their site to leave product reviews, only to find they didn't get published

I reached out via email to confront them about this, and at first they denied it stating that they don't censor reviews. However, when another representative took over the conversation, they accidentally admitted "Send the product to us, we'll inspect it and decide if we'll post the review or not" - Clearly admitting that they curate customer reviews on firstascent.co.za

Caught red handed. Not only do they put out ******* quality gear, but they lie to their own customers about user ratings
