Unreliable

I am extremely disappointed with Finance Debt Solution. They placed me under debt review, and now that I have fully paid all my debts, they are refusing to issue my clearance certificate and remove me from debt review.

I have already submitted all my paid-up letters from creditors as proof that my accounts are settled. On top of that, I even paid R1500 for the clearance certificate process, yet they continue delaying and failing to assist me.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and has negatively affected my financial record, despite me doing everything required from my side. Poor communication, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable service.

I would not recommend their services to anyone unless they improve the way they treat clients after debts are settled.
