Poor application process
Worst experience trying to apply for loan, they kept on asking to send documents i had already sent. Back on forth until I just had to cancel application..

We have received the documents uploaded by yourself however as per the communications sent to you there were some specific documents still outstanding before we were able to complete the application. As a responsible credit provider we were not able to proceed until all the required documents were received and verified to ensure every applications meets the NCR requirements.
