DO NOT INVEST WITH THESE *******
Was definitely a mistake investing any money with this company. They changed their payouts to once a year against the contract and adverti*****t that was posted when I originally invested which stated that every 6 months id get a payout. I invested in their blueberry bushes. When I asked for my money back they said it wouldn't be possible and that instead I must find a buyer to take over my investment. Fsca is gonna be asked to investigate and revoke/suspend their licensing. Await the class action lawsuit coming. I referred alot of friends who all have the same issue.

Company that doesn't care
This company doesn't care. Always when i have to receive income on the 1st of the month its a problem you 1st have to contact them thats when they see that you are worthy of receiving the funds. Today i reached out to them that on February i never had a problem the funds reflected on the second since the 1st of Feb was on a Sunday, mind you January i laid a complain i recorn since i did that is why never had issues with February. March we back on square one. When i told them that transport for my son is due that's all they could send, what about the remaining income? If you as a parents depend on that to cater for your child's needs you have to do the run around with this company.. Surely if they can make means to send the money for transport within 30min of my complain whats stopping the rest? All they care about is their returns as the company not the person who invested. Yoh this company.

Payout at fedgroup - its a ****
I invested with Fedgroup and have not received my dividends. After repeated follow-ups, I was told the business was transferred to a new landlord, but a full year has passed with no payment. I then asked for my money back and was refused. My experience has been very negative, and I would not recommend investing based on this.

Frustrated client
So far I do not regret investing with Fedgroup, but at the moment I am frustrated, because they never answer their phones. It seems as if it goes into a loop, returning you to the first options every time although you have made a choice. When sending an email, you get an automatic response to say they've received your request and someone will get back to you soon or within two business days. I've even requested via my app and still no response. What is the use you invest in a company and there is no communication when you request it.
