Unethical Law Firm That Has No Respect For Clients

Sophia from Faurie Nell gave us an invoice which she confirmed was final. A week later when we make payment she says "Oops, I made a mistake" and we owe a ridiculously higher amount because she forgot to add their own fee to the invoice. Faurie Nell acknowledged the error was on their side but refused to compromise in any way and instead chose the route of holding the transaction hostage. Sophia also went as far as telling us, their client, that we were being unethical even though we were not at fault regarding the dispute surrounding a misrepresented invoice. How this law firm is approved on the banks panel is beyond me. We have now taken this matter further with the Legal Practice Council but anyone who is appointed Faurie Nell as their attorney should know that this firm does not deal well with clients, they have zero respect towards their clients in communication and they do not own up to their errors. Would not recommend dealing with them at all. Ask your bank to appoint another attorney if you see the name Faurie Nell.
