Professional, Communicative and Reliable Conveyancers
We recently had the pleasure of working with Faurie Nell Attorneys(Shira Bloch) for both the transfer of our new home and the sale of our previous property. Their team demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent communication throughout what could have been a complex process. They managed two transactions simultaneously with great care and attention to detail. Where unavoidable delays arose—caused by third-party processes outside their control—they kept us fully updated and ensured that our interests were always looked after. We particularly appreciated their calm and professional approach, which made the process much less stressful for us. We are also mindful that conveyancers are often unfairly blamed for delays in transfers, when in reality these delays are dependent on external parties such as municipalities, homeowners’ associations, and deeds offices. In our experience, Faurie Nell Attorneys were transparent, communicative, and always acted with integrity. We are grateful for their dedication and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring conveyancing or property transfer services.

Conveyancer that really care for their clients
Faurie Nell represented by Jacques Terblanche helped me register my first property ☺️. Very pleased with their services, after a very complicated transfer where there were several challenges from the initial transferring attorneys and the seller. The communication was great, they provided constant feedback, Jacques kept me posted with regular emails and calls. Thank you so much 😊… Definitely recommend their services.

BAD AND RUDE SERVICE
Fourie nel attorneys we appointed by standard bank to do my transfer as i bought a house through the bank. The process started on May 12 2021.i paid them all the money in mid June. And when i contacted the to get an update i was told by Sina Apane that process will be finalized mid August. This after there was no communication from them to me unless i asked something. Today i went to their offices and i will never forget the experience. There is a lady called Maryke de Vet. She was rude shouting at me from the corridor telling me the delay was with the council and she does not work for the council so i should see what i do. I told her i have no place to stay as i have to vacate the room am renting by Saturday 31.07.2021. She asked what do i want her to do with that. All this time she is shouting and we are in the reception arrea. I am so disappointed in the way they treated me. When i went there to sign they were so welcoming and promising. But now that i paid them am treated like nothing. When i told her i will take this matter further she said i should do so. Maryke de Vet is rude and don't care about anyone. The sad thing is now they have taken my joy of at last owning my own house and threw it in the drain. Am so saddened by the experience and i feel cancelling the whole process couse all it has brought ti me is pain, stress and sadness.

Unethical Law Firm That Has No Respect For Clients
Sophia from Faurie Nell gave us an invoice which she confirmed was final. A week later when we make payment she says "Oops, I made a mistake" and we owe a ridiculously higher amount because she forgot to add their own fee to the invoice. Faurie Nell acknowledged the error was on their side but refused to compromise in any way and instead chose the route of holding the transaction hostage. Sophia also went as far as telling us, their client, that we were being unethical even though we were not at fault regarding the dispute surrounding a misrepresented invoice. How this law firm is approved on the banks panel is beyond me. We have now taken this matter further with the Legal Practice Council but anyone who is appointed Faurie Nell as their attorney should know that this firm does not deal well with clients, they have zero respect towards their clients in communication and they do not own up to their errors. Would not recommend dealing with them at all. Ask your bank to appoint another attorney if you see the name Faurie Nell.

Worst transfer attorneys ever
FaurieNell was appointed by the sellers as transfer attorneys for the house we've bought. We've paid all the fees early on in the process. 4months since contracts was signed and still no transfer. It a constant battle to get information From them and do not expect to get proper or any feedback from them.
