Overpaid loan and need refund

I paid up my loan and got a paid up letter .the after I app**** for a new loan since the old one was settled. Then when I got the money of the new loan .they the. Debited the previous loan which is closed installment .now I want a refund and no reply guys assist. Because that means I over paid my loan
