I had a very poor experience with Faranani Business Technology regarding the supply of HP toner cartridges. The items were misquoted and incorrectly supp****. This was identified in September and raised immediately with the owner, who acknowledged the error and confirmed that the items could be returned. Due to logistics, the cartridges were returned in December, once they were back in South Africa. The return shipping was paid for by us, with no reimbur*****t offered. After the return, we were advised that their HP supplier had approved a refund. Based on this, we requested a full refund, which was denied, citing internal policy, despite the error being entirely on Faranani’s side. We were then informed that a credit note would be issued instead. To date, no credit note or refund has been received, despite multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, many of which have been completely ignored. The outstanding amount is approximately R12,000. In summary:
