I had a very poor experience with Faranani Business Technology regarding the supply of HP toner cartridges. The items were misquoted and incorrectly supp****. This was identified in September and raised immediately with the owner, who acknowledged the error and confirmed that the items could be returned. Due to logistics, the cartridges were returned in December, once they were back in South Africa. The return shipping was paid for by us, with no reimbur*****t offered. After the return, we were advised that their HP supplier had approved a refund. Based on this, we requested a full refund, which was denied, citing internal policy, despite the error being entirely on Faranani’s side. We were then informed that a credit note would be issued instead. To date, no credit note or refund has been received, despite multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, many of which have been completely ignored. The outstanding amount is approximately R12,000. In summary: Incorrect items were quoted and supp**** The error was acknowledged by the company Goods were returned at the customer’s expense A refund was approved by the supplier A credit note was promised but never issued All follow‑ups via email, WhatsApp, and phone have been ignored This experience shows a lack of accountability, poor communication, and unacceptable after‑sales service. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.

<p>i ordered and paid cash for a toner from them only to be told three days later they were waiting for their warehouse to send it to their office from where it would be dispatched to me in klerksdorp ( they claim the courier did not collect from their own warehouse ???) what a load of rubbish , i asked to speak to the owner and or manager but they are never available (four days now??) i asked who could sort it out they gave me an email of a priscilla ( i have been working with ****ha) but now their mail servers are down? how convient </p> <p>i never run a company down but the dealings withis business has been a no go from them receiving my cash and they are really not good business please watch out they are not what they say they are</p>

We purchased a voice recording from this company in November 2014 and until now February 2015 we still wait on a technician to come out to us to install this recorder , not even being the brand we were promised everyone at this company lies for each other 'PROFESSIONAL CON-ARTISTS' please stay away from using this company

I phoned Fanarai to confirm where I must get my chronic medication Izak pick up die phone (always a problem to get through) I ask him how is my DSP provider for Medihelp Prime 3 Network he ask me in witch era I am and I told him in Gezina he gave me a dr in Rosslyn and his attituede was well take it or leave it...<br> <br> <br> How do you force to go and see a dr if you don't even know anything about that dr. Only 5 dr's available in pretoria to service all the Prime 3 network Medihelp members..

After numerous telephonic discussions and email correspondence Faranani as the service provider for Medihelp clients fail to deliver chronic medication.<br> <br> We have applied for chronic medication from Faranani on 30th Jan 2015 and still haven't received it. Despite all the promises it still continues.
