Swollen box milk and moldy box

I am writing to raise an urgent and serious concern regarding a purchase I made today at Makro. I bought my 4-year-old daughter’s monthly stock of Fair Cape milk, which she consumes daily.

However, upon opening the box to store it in my pantry, I discovered that the milk cartons were swollen and the bottom of the box showed visible mold. This is extremely concerning given that this product is intended for consumption by a young child.

I have retained the affected milk as well as the original packaging and proof of purchase, and I can provide photographic evidence immediately. Please see attached images.

Given the potential health risk to my daughter, I request that this matter be addressed as a priority. Product safety, especially for children’s food, should be non-negotiable.

Please advise on the next steps and how Makro intends to resolve this urgently. I look forward to your immediate response.
