DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS

I do not recommend this storage facility at all. Took my stuff to their storage and my items worth over R6000 were stolen from my containers. After communicating with them via email they said that they would investigate the incident, and they got back to me after 4 days saying that they had conducted a full investigation, and I probably did not bring these items to them, of which I am 100% sure as I packed and unpacked the items on my own.

What they failed to inform me regards to their investigation is the fact that the pictures that were taken bringing the stuff in and taking the consignment out had clear visibilities that the containers had been tampered with, and the people who stole the stuff forgot to close one of the containers, of which I have conclusive evidence of that.

Express Removals and Storage dealt with this matter poorly, I have gotten a hostile attitude from them from the first day I complained about this issue and the response emails I got from them. They were never sympathetic or even bothered to call and communicate this thoroughly.

This storage facility is not secure at all, they have no enclosed lockup secure units, the units are partitioned by nets, and anyone can enter and exit your unit easily. They don't inform people about this on their website, when you ask them about security issues, they give you a convincing story, I later realized that it seems like they don't even have CCTV.

Pay that extra amount for a secure storage facility, trying to save a few bucks at the expense of quality has proven to be very expensive.
