Express Loans Alberton branch

I took a one month loan with them in 2024 and paid it off the following month. The account still reflects on my credit score as not paid and it’s ruining my credit score, spoke to the Alberton branch to update it and ensure that the is indeed closed and they still haven’t done anything, asked for a paid up letter so that I can send it to Experian for it to be updated accordingly, still nothing. It’s 2026 now and the account is still there ruining my credit score
