Extremely disappointed with the service received.

I was not informed that different photographers would be sent on the day, which is misleading. The quality of the photos delivered is far below what was advertised — many are poorly lit, badly composed, and not properly edited.

Important moments were missed (no proper father-of-the-bride photos, no clear shots during vows, and no photos of key moments like the dip and kiss), while I received many unnecessary images instead.

To make matters worse, my private boudoir photos were included with my wedding gallery, which is a serious breach of privacy.

Communication has been very poor, with little to no response despite multiple follow-ups.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the overall experience and final product have been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service.
