Nightmare
Sharing our experience with Everafter Studios in case it helps someone else.
We got married almost 6 months ago and still haven’t received our photos.
Communication leading up to the wedding was already very limited. We struggled to get responses, which made it difficult to properly discuss timelines and expectations beforehand.
On the day, different photographers arrived without this being discussed with us beforehand, which was quite stressful.
Before the original delivery deadline, they let us know they wouldn’t be able to meet it and asked for an extension. We agreed to this, but the new deadline then passed without any delivery.
Since then, communication has been very inconsistent. We’ve sent multiple messages over the past few months, often without any response. When we do get a reply, it’s usually after repeated follow-ups or commenting on their public posts.
Over the past few weeks, we’ve been told that delays are due to upload times, but no clear timeline or delivery has followed.
We have tried to be patient and understanding throughout, especially when personal circumstances were mentioned, but despite this, there has been no clear communication, no firm deadlines, and responses have often been vague or evasive.
We sent a formal breach of contract letter on 6 March 2026 asking for delivery of the outstanding materials, but did not receive a response to that either.
At this point, we still don’t have our photos and have no clear indication of when we will receive them.
It’s been a frustrating experience, especially given how important wedding photos are. Just something to be aware of if you’re considering booking.

After our initial reviews were posted, we were contacted and told that they wanted to assist as soon as possible and would send our photos urgently. We have now received a gallery of approximately 1,900 images. I want to acknowledge that the photographers who were present on the day captured some beautiful moments and clearly put effort into photographing the event. However, the delivered gallery raises serious concerns regarding the final output and completeness of the service. A significant portion of the gallery appears to consist of near-duplicate images of the same poses and moments, with very limited variation between shots. In several images, other photographers or people directing the shoot are still visible in the frame, which suggests that the images were not fully reviewed and curated before delivery. In addition, a noticeable number of images appear to be out of focus or not sharply rendered, which further affects the usability of the delivered gallery. For example, in the attached sample from our portrait session, multiple images show other people partially visible in the frame and repeated versions of nearly identical shots. Many important parts of our wedding day still appear to be missing from the delivered gallery. There are little to no photos from the reception itself apart from décor shots, and key moments such as our entrance, dancing, and other reception memories are not included. The gallery also appears to contain minimal post-production curation, with no clear selection process, alternative edits, or variation in presentation. At this stage, while files have now been delivered, the outcome still does not reflect the full wedding day coverage and curated final product we expected.
