Bad service ever
I have never seen such a bad service ever, I have been applying for advance since Monday everyday when I ask all I get it send Casey statement of which I send always when I do application but no on top of that their whatsapp I don't understand if they respond when they want to or what yoh it hurt to experience such treatment when you need help. So disappointed

Bad service
Can someone please explain to me what is the meaning of emergency help? My loan was approved Wednesday after 12pm and sms i got said the money will be paid shortly. I hoped i was going to get the money yesterday which never happened and today is a holiday and what are the chances that i will get the money today? Can someone help? Consultants are eager to make us sign up for policies but when we need money the process is very slow

Bad service

Insurance **** and *****
This company is the worst, if you haven’t joined DONT!! I’ve been trying to cancel this insurance for more than 2 years instead last month I was ****med again R3000. When I tried to claim the money back they said they’ll refund me within 48 hours that didn’t happen instead 4 days later an advisor calls me and tries to silence me by bribing to pay me R2500. You service is very poor and I regret joining.

I want my money
My child was insured under this insurance and he passed away on 20 of July 2025 and I claimed two days after, I submitted everything they said I must submit and today it's the 2 of September 2025 and I haven't received the money.They have been saying they will make payment today, today tomorrow they have been making excuses.

Taken for a ride
I have taken up a funeral policy with this company on the 6/6/2025 as it was sold to us that it is affiliated with the government it is responsible for digitalizing the payslip system so naturally i had trust on the company but days later when i wanted to make changes on the policy i could not get hold of them.i even used their what's number to try and connect with them with no success i even called CAPITAL LEGACY SOLUTION cause the company is under written by capital legacy solution but could not be assisted.worse part i have not received the so called policy to date. The FSP no is 53395 for Empower Financial services while for capital legacy solution is 43826.As i no longer have faith on the company i would like them to immediately cancel the policy.
