Parts not returned They never brought the pipes for my cleaner back. They also said that they had 3 buyers lined up to buy my Kirby once it was serviced. These never materialized. I've been phoning them regularly for months regarding my pipes and they still haven't sorted me out. Once you've used them once, you'll want to sell your Kirby just to get them off your back. They phone continually to ask if they can service your machine.

Elite Service Center. BAD! BAD! BAD! Don’t even think of using them….. “ Ricardo”will call (He has a list of all Kirby owners in Greater Durban) and suggest a service of your Kirby vacuum . They arrive promptly and may return the machine polished up however it has been cannibalised for parts they need and no service performed.Of course no calls returned or answered once they have your cash. He never provided a spare part I paid for 2 months ago! Their Business address premises are empty and no forwarding address found.

Elite Service Center. BAD! BAD! BAD! Don’t even think of using them….. “ Ricardo”will call (He has a list of all Kirby owners in Greater Durban) and suggest a service of your Kirby vacuum . Offered to service and sell my vacuum cleaner and its accessories. They did not manage to do so, returned my vacuum cleaner but failed to return all the accessories. Despite many attempts to obtain this, and many promises by them to return them, nothing has ever come of this. They have, in my opinion, ****** my accessories

Avoid avoid avoid, its totally ******* company, they dont know anything about products, stay away from them, luks they collecting from people, give to another company and put their price, so better go to another companies and avoid this rogs

It is strongly advised to avoid utilizing the services of Elite Service Centre in the Glenwood area due to their lack of professionalism, ********* practices, and poor communication with customers. Despite being a loyal customer for over a decade and utilizing their services annually for my Kirby vacuum cleaner, my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. In October 2023, after receiving an SMS demanding payment for a service without any formal invoice or notification of changed banking details, I encountered significant difficulties attempting to make the payment, raising concerns of potential ***** or ****s. Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by paying into the previously used account, Elite Service Centre refused to return my machine until I paid an additional sum into a different account. After three months of withholding my machine and multiple broken promises of reimbur*****t, I was forced to pay the demanded amount in order to retrieve my machine, even having to make a special trip to collect it. Despite assurances of a prompt refund, it has now been four months with no reimbur*****t received. Their communication is sporadic and unhelpful, with promises of callbacks and resolutions that never materialize. The management, including Alvin, Ricardo, and Markus, have shown a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. It is imperative to caution others against using their services, as this company cannot be trusted with your money or your satisfaction.

I am entirely fed up with numerous calls from this company. I asked for the supervisors number and eventually got it via a consultant who asked me not to mention they gave me the number . I called the gentleman who assured me I will be removed from the call list . I seems to have have been replaced on the list as I have once again started receiving calls at the most inconvenient after hours times . I have done work with this company in the past but will have to reconsider based on the telephone badgering I have been receiving

My Kirby vacuum cleaner was collected by courier over 4 weeks ago. I received a call from Marcus telling me that the electrical cord and start/off lever needed to be replaced. I know that there was nothing at all wrong with my vacuum cleaner - yes the cord had nicks which were covered with insulation tape but there was nothing wrong with the on off lever. I was quoted around R2900 which I grudgingly accepted after paying Elite Service Centre R1750 last year for a machine I only use once a week to vacuum rugs. I have requested the recording of the call advising me of the issues with my machine. On Tuesday, I received an invoice saying the handle had to be replaced and height adjusted and other items which were not even mentioned in the call made to me. I again grudgingly paid them R3050 on Tuesday and advised them that I needed the vacuum cleaner by Friday. They have my vacuum cleaner and I need it back hence the payment. No sign of the voice recording nor of my machine this evening even though I was promised call backs. They conduct business very *********ly and I will be reporting them to the Consumer Goods & Services Ombudsman as well as Kirby HQ
