I regularly made use of the services offered by Elite Car Park until last week. Booked my vehicle in with Elite Car Park services on the 21st of October 2019. Collected the vehicle on Thursday the 24th only to realise that I had a completely cracked windscreen. 1) To start, this company did not have the courtesy to notify me of the damages. I trust they expected me not to notice, drive off and they could then pass the blame? 2) When asking the driver he pleaded innocence 3) Driver then called the office and requested I submit photos which I duly did on Friday the 22nd of October I have received a one liner feedback email from the director Shereen this morning (28th of October 2019), stating that there were unrepaired chips on my windscreen and they are not liable for any damage - despite the chips they are referring to being nowhere close to where the crack is?? They have marked the chips with a white marker? additional chips not indicated by them have also now miraculously surfaced on the vehicle? Why did they not mark the crack if it was there? I will not recommend their services at all.... It is easier for them to take your money and run thereafter without accepting responsibility or the common courtesy to call a customer to discuss. Absolutely appalling to say the least...
