I have been using this company for several years . Hove ever this company has let me done when I have trusted them , too store my car under secured parking at OR TAMBO . However the when I picked my car from level 3 ,OR Tambo ,they gave me a hale damage car back ,wich they tried too hide ,by sprainging the car the car with water.!! I did phone the owner, who told ,me that it is a ACT OFF GOD,and they as company ,has know in cover for Hale damage . The total cost too man car ,is R 82000

Hail damage while parked at Elite Car Park Services between 2 - 7 December 2025
Appalling. Stay away!! Massive hail damage to bonnet and front fenders and Shereen Haughton the owner of Elite parking says they have no insurance to cover this.

Book them at your own risk
I have been using Elite Car Park Services for some time in a personal capacity, believing they were a safe and secure company. On face value, they appeared to be a proper business with the right structure, paperwork, and insurance in place — which is critical when dealing with people’s cars daily. Because of this trust, I even referred some of my travel clients to them and booked on their behalf. Initially, they did show up and handled pick-ups and drop-offs as expected. However, my first encounter with their lack of professionalism happened on 11 December 2024, when one of their drivers was involved in an accident with a client’s car. I reassured my client that Elite Car Park Services was a professional company with insurance and would take care of the matter. Unfortunately, I was very wrong. They distanced themselves completely from the incident, offered no support, and never even sent an apology email. I had to personally assist my client to get home and follow up on the repair process myself. It was disappointing to see my client go through such stress without any acknowledgment or responsibility from the company. What I initially thought was an isolated incident now seems to reflect how they operate: they collect money but take no responsibility when issues arise. Book them at your own risk — just know they don’t care.

Don't use this company
Their staff are rude. Their staff are sleeping on the troleys instead of giving it to you to use for your bags. Don't know why the owner is paying staff the sleep on the trolley. Then they threaten you that they going to damage your car or harm you when you challenge them.

Use Elite Car Park at our own peril
On recommendation we used Elite Car Park for the first and last time. On collection we noticed bodywork damage, they dissuade detailed inspection by ushering you out of the car park, citing time limitations. Because they consider themselves beyond reproach, they will NOT accept liability, claimed insurance = a farce. A strange request to supply a photo of the entire side of the car with the damage marked up, encouraged me to look further, only to find the full extent of the damage. I strongly suggest you do not use Elite CP, find an alternative.

Best Service EVER - Elite Car Park Services
Left my vehicle with Elite for 2 weeks. Best service ever. Collected my vehicle on 30 December after being 2 hours late, thanks to ACSA loosing baggage. Will definitely recommend Elite Car Park Services

Last year we moved to Zambia for a project, and we needed a place to store a vehicle. Elite Car Park Services was the one company who was able to supply everything their web site stated. They answered all our questions without hesitation. Their honesty and transparency was refreshing. We were also told that the vehicle would be started weekly and run around the yard. They assisted us by taking the vehicle for a service as well as wheel alignment and balancing. Their rates were also very reasonable for long term parking. Each time we flew back, they were waiting for us at OR Tambo airport, and the first time, when we got horribly lost, they made additional arrangements to meet us at the drop off zone. Every time we received the vehicle, it was spotlessly clean. Should the need arise, I will definitely use their services in the future and have no hesitation recommending them.

Appalling services - DEfinitely a company that takes care of the fee you paid and not your vehicle!!
I regularly made use of the services offered by Elite Car Park until last week. Booked my vehicle in with Elite Car Park services on the 21st of October 2019. Collected the vehicle on Thursday the 24th only to realise that I had a completely cracked windscreen. 1) To start, this company did not have the courtesy to notify me of the damages. I trust they expected me not to notice, drive off and they could then pass the blame? 2) When asking the driver he pleaded innocence 3) Driver then called the office and requested I submit photos which I duly did on Friday the 22nd of October I have received a one liner feedback email from the director Shereen this morning (28th of October 2019), stating that there were unrepaired chips on my windscreen and they are not liable for any damage - despite the chips they are referring to being nowhere close to where the crack is?? They have marked the chips with a white marker? additional chips not indicated by them have also now miraculously surfaced on the vehicle? Why did they not mark the crack if it was there? I will not recommend their services at all.... It is easier for them to take your money and run thereafter without accepting responsibility or the common courtesy to call a customer to discuss. Absolutely appalling to say the least...
