Ordered a part from them two weeks ago. Told me I would receive notification of dispatch within a few days, to no avail. Tried to contact them by email and their website contact form. No reply. Money wasted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS *******

Electronic Pro Full Scale **** Operation
I paid for an order online 14 days ago, there has been no notification of the courier dispatch, they use Paxi which sends a text once a parcel has been sent. They are not answering my emails. The landline listed on their website is 021-785 2285 but it does not work. On their site there is a stupid robot saying how terribly sorry they are for my frustration, but it is all meaningless. It seems to me that this is a full-blown **** operation. They do not list their physical address. I see other negative reviews on this site.

Ordered a unique item August 21st. With numerous attempts at contacting via the details available on their website, we have had zero response. Item still has not arrived, no movement on tracking. Absolutely shocking service. We now need to open a ******** case of theft.

Worse online service ever. The AI answering your questions online can only do so much. Order paid for on 24 June 2025. Feedback says ORDER FULFILLED 24 JUNE 2025 (really) when following up on this order. The phone number does not exist and no feedback on email. PATHETIC!!!

verbeter uw levering
k heb zoveel problemen gehad met de bezorging. Ik kon mijn bestelling een week lang niet ontvangen, omdat de bezorger op een andere tijd arriveerde dan ik had aangegeven. Moest mijn buurman vragen om mijn bestelling op te halen maar de tv is van goede kwaliteit en ik heb er geen klachten over
