Ordered a part from them two weeks ago. Told me I would receive notification of dispatch within a few days, to no avail. Tried to contact them by email and their website contact form. No reply. Money wasted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS *******
Increasing number of sellers using stock photos to sell used items and not declaring (in description) the true condition of the item(s) adequately. if at all. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Best course of action is to shut the ad down by reporting it to BOB, or if already received to return it on principal (false advertising) if you're not happy.
CHECKERS RICHMOND PARK / BURGUNDY ESTATE Friday 8 July 2022 While some staff are friendly the majority are inconsiderate or just plain rude. Shelf packers blocking access to shelves, parking their trolleys/pallets abreast only leaving a small gap, talking loudly to each other over the length of the aisle. A manager talking to a staff member right in the middle of the main thoroughfare leaving very little room to get by. Another one taking pictures, blocking the entire aisle. And then finally a cashier who cannot smile, cannot hear or understand english because you say you have bags and they immediately try to give you bags. Tell them you don't have an extra-savings card and they tell you to swipe it again because it failed, then conclude the transaction with a grim face... like they're doing you a favour, or hate their job. Well, there are plenty of other places to shop with better prices on some items, and I leave there with my mood intact. In fact it is very rare that I walk into a Checkers in a good mood and leave without resenting my support. The only reason I patronise Checkers nowadays is to cherry-pick their specials and then go somewhere else to complete my shopping.
Keep doing what you do. Your service is outstanding. Drivers and assistants are always professional and friendly. My parcels arrive on time and a lot of the time before I expect them. Thank you.
Fantastic bunch of people. I have never regretted the day I signed up at EliteHost. Service is always friendly, professional and prompt. I asked them to transfer a one of my domains from my account to another (elitehost account) and it was done in a flash. I was concerned I'd have to setup all the email accounts and forwarders again but no, lock stock and barrel went over without a hitch, and zero downtime - perfect!!!
I must commend MDS on their problem resolution. I won't go into the detail lest it be misread/abused, suffice to say that after near catastrophic failure MDS came through at very short notice and corrected the error, going the extra mile in more ways than one. I truly appreciate the effort, thank you.
I paid for expedited shipping for an ebay item, to be here before 10 Dec, it's been sitting in JHB since 30 Nov. Today is the 11th and I will at least be claiming back the R 600 for shipping I paid. It seems Aramex is the new SAPO.... very much deja-vu for me. The last delivery I received was in an unmarked car, the driver could easily have been the receptionist, her car brimming with parcels. Seemed a bit desperate to me, certainly unprofessional.
Consistently inconsistent KFC Bothasig. I only ever buy the streetwise 2 with pap, at least two or three times a week. I really get annoyed because the portion of pap changes every single time. I was there yesterday and got half the portion I would consider normal. Furthermore, there seems to be a growing trend of the fillet being taken from the breast before going to the fryer - this is blatant robbery. And then to add insult the other piece is a wing!!!!! I could go on... from runny to lumpy pap, gravy too runny or too thick, dry to perfectly cooked chicken, your radar is all over the place people. I will continue to patronise your store but I vow to envoke your motto regarding my satisfaction, and I will keep demanding a replacement until you get it right. Judging from all the complaints I doubt you really give a damn, so whatever...... I'm complaining, it's long overdue.
Good God!!!! YOUR PRICES!!! Your warehouse must be in America.... or am I missing something. Can't really blame you, no... the blame falls squarely on the idiots who are supporting you. Shop around people... if these are the prices you're willing to pay.... while same things available elsewhere for a fraction.
Sushi takeaway is the only thing keeping this business open, there I cannot fault. But sit-down/restaurant is terrible unless whatever you ordered (and service) is to your liking. Heaven forbid you should have any problems as the owner will show you (in front of everyone) how wrong you are, in her unique arrogant way. From Welgelegen to Bothasig.... nothing has changed in my opinion.
