Awusome customer: Eezi Pumps Amanzimtoti

I bought a cold water pump, after almost 10 months my plumber installed the pump for the first time and it wasn't working.

I call Eezi Pumps and Wayne answered. i explained all that was happening and Wayne said to bring the pump to the workshop, but the only day I had was a Sunday of which they don't open for business. Guess what? Wayne said as long as I can make 07H00 at thier workshop he'll assist.

06H40 I was there, he arrived just before 07H00 after I'd called confirming that I've arrived, he checked the pump then replaced what had to be replaced with no hassles or whatsoever amd friendly throughout. I applaud his customer service.
