Ecu express kyasands

ZERO SERVICE, I MEAN ZERO SERVICE from ecu express kyasands , took my ecu to them and waited almost a month only to get it back and almost R7000 later and it's not right , took it back a week ago and still no further, phone calls go unanswered with a promise to get the technition to call you back but not a word , the technition is never available to take a call ( not at his desk or just not available) according to reception. I phoned 3 times yesterday with no joy , again today I have called, same story, the technition will come back to me but nothing, no feedback, no progress, no communication. I have tried being nice and understanding until now but I have had enough, my customer is screaming at me and I have no answers. Don't send them any work , you will be very sorry
