E***eb pathetic service
Be careful to do business with E***eb. They can never deliver what they promise. They also employ people like Hano Fourie, who is a hacker. He hacked my profile and caused me a lot of problems. He develops websites for E***eb. I have a case against him at the police. Welcome if you want the case number.

What pathetic service.
<div>This company takes your money, but do not even try to contact them with any queries. They totally ignore ALL your emails or phone calls ( even Jason, their MD). He does not even answer his phone AT ALL. Totally pathetic service. Do not even think of hosting your website with them.</div>

360 Turn around --- HAPPY CLIENT
EcoWeb has out done themselves. A big thank you to Lisa from accounts, Meghan from clientliaison and Jcobus from web design, you have made me so excited to work with EcoWeb . you guys have changed my whole view of how I look at the company. my journey with the company has not been easy, there was many of times I just wanted to give up and go out of my way to give the company a bad name. Which at times I did. Today I am extremely excited with the way my website has turned out. There is still some last- minute touch ups, but overall, I am happy.

I am so happy with the service I'm receiving from Ecoweb. It never started this good, but through patience and consistency, Ecoweb has built such as amazing site for me. Lisa from accounts is an awesome person, directing me to all the relavent people, Megan from clientliason was put on the job and out did herself making sure all my needs are meet and being very patient in the process. Megan then hooked me up with Jacoob the developer and the magic happened. I'm very excited about the turn around and would like to thank all involved Lisa, Megan & Jacoob your services have given me such hope and faith in Ecoweb. Bad Company
They come to see me. I sign the contact. The first month they deducted 3 months of payment. They are more concern about your payment. The actual doing the work. Until today, I got no report of work done. But they keep phoning me for payment and when I ask for a report they do not provide. When I send a complaint email, I get no response but they quickly send a email with statements and requesting for payment

Terrible
Sales pitch lead us to believe that we would receive excellent service, it has been anything but. Client Liaisons still have not replied to any of my emails for 2 months now. Absolutely terrible service. Will never recommend this company.
