Rautenbach and Associates
Be careful not to ask Rautenbach and Associates to help you with debt collection. They will ask you to pay money upfront and that will be the last you will hear from them. Werner Rautenbach has a loose mouth and will talk you into anything and you will lose your money.

Rautenbach and Associates
Be very careful to use Rautenbach and Associates to do your debt collecting. The advertise to do it on a basis of "we only take 20% fee of whet we collect", yet you have to pay a fee before they start. Then the trouble starts. Werner Rautenbach is extremely rude and wants to take arbitration procedures against you. He has no decency dealing with his customers. The rudest person I have ever came across.

CDM Computers
This company is bad news. (CDM Computers in Glenvista ). I handed in 2 printers to be serviced. They wanted A WEEK just to give me a QUOTE. I then asked my printers back. Charles, the owner and the rudest person I ever met, refused to hand it back if I do not pay an ******* handling fee. I bought new printers, because it was cheaper than their fee. They then got a person ( Phillip 079 9714764 ) to phone me, pretending he is Colonel Brink from the SAP, demanding a R.1500 bribe to throw out the charges at the police ( There was no charges laid ). I lost 2 printers due to CDM Computers. If you value your equipment, stay away from this company

Be careful to do business with E***eb. They can never deliver what they promise. They also employ people like Hano Fourie, who is a hacker. He hacked my profile and caused me a lot of problems. He develops websites for E***eb. I have a case against him at the police. Welcome if you want the case number.

What pathetic service.
<div>This company takes your money, but do not even try to contact them with any queries. They totally ignore ALL your emails or phone calls ( even Jason, their MD). He does not even answer his phone AT ALL. Totally pathetic service. Do not even think of hosting your website with them.</div>

Cathric Property/Property Central
I do not understand how Property Central allows *****sters like Cathy Thompson and Eric Thompson from Cathric Property to be listed on their website. These people take tenants deposit and first months double rent in their Trust account and refuses to refund it when the tenants leave. They have done it repetitively to many people, yet they are still allowed on Property Central. I find it disgusting.
