Terible experience with this company. I personally will not advice anyone to buy anything from them. They sell writeoff cars and what pains me is that you will never notice it until you drive it for 3 weeks then you will start experience engine problems.

Keep away from this car dealership, it’s a total ripoff, bought a car for business 3 months ago, it keeps breaking down, one part after another, experienced mechanics and inspectors keep telling me the car was involved in an accident and previously written off. I see other people are complaining about that also on the reviews. The cars may look nice on the outside but inside is something else. Owned by a Nigerian brother called Ken, he will never help you even if you call him to make a complaint.

Service was not great, car. Car had no petrol in, i had to go to the nearest petrol station. I discovered the engine was different than the one I took for a test drive, But I did not check this until a month later when I went to put petrol in and checked the oil. The car was not roadworthy and I only found that out four months after when I tried to get a car licence for another car. They then charged me another R800 for roadworthy and when I went to get the licence I was charged again for roadworthy so I paid three times for roadworthy :-( Please do not trust this people! Check the car is the same car that you first saw and paid for :-(

Stay away from these guys on 60 Booysens road Selby. They advertise cars as "accident free" and upon viewing the car did we find that it was re-sprayed. We confronted Ken and he denied, only once we showed him the re-spray marks he confessed that it was in n minor accident. He also does not want to share receipts of the work done to proof that the car was in a minor accident. Later he confessed that he brought the car from the insurance, therefore I believe the car was written off. Please stay away, this place/guy can not be trusted.

Terrible experience with this “Car Dealership”. Found a vehicle I wanted to purchase on Cars.co.za. Made contact with the dealership, obtained all required documentation and sent it through to them. I had even sold my current vehicle in preparation of this new purchase. Less than 24 hours later, I see the vehicle sold online. Contacted Primrose to query and was told that someone had paid cash for it. I have never received an answer as to why the vehicle would be sold to someone else considering that they were in the process of selling the vehicle to me. Scam of a dealership and I would not advise anyone to purchase from this so called “Dealership”
