THIS IS A SCAM I placed an order on March 21st and received an email on March 31st saying that my order had shipped. The email mentioned that it could be up to 25 days before my order arrived. The "tracking number" that was included said it was invalid when I clicked on it. I received an email on April 17th saying that the status of my order had been "updated", but the tracking number still did not work. Seeing as my order was being shipped from another continent in the middle of the pandemic, I was patient. I sent an email to their customer service representative on May 1st, when I still had not received an update (41 days after I placed my order). I was very pleasant at first, inquiring as to whether they could provide my with an update or a valid tracking number. I received a response 2 days later simply saying that I would receive my order "soon". I waited 14 more days and sent another email on May 17th asking for a refund due to the fact that it appeared that I would never be receiving my order. The response I received a response saying that I was not entitled to a refund because I had not received my shipment yet- "You have the right to refund this order within 30 days "after" receiving the goods". I continued to demand a refund due to the fact that they continually ignored my requests for a valid tracking number. This email exchange repeated over the course of 14 emails in which customer service repeatedly told me "not to worry" because my package would be there "soon". There was also a period of 8 days in which I sent multiple emails that they did not respond to. I think it eventually became very clear that I would not be giving up and accepting the fact that they took my money and did not provide me with my order. I finally received a valid tracking number on June 4th (75 days after I placed my order and 65 days after they said they shipped it). This tracking number revealed that they had not actually shipped my package until June 1st (after I had asked for a refund numerous times and they lied and told me they continually lied and said my package would be there "soon"). I finally received my package on June 25th- 96 days after I placed my order. I will never order from this company again and will be sure to spread the word of their scams and lies to others. DO NOT ORDER FROM DRAWLIFY.

It looks like I'm not the only one. I ordered from this "company" over 2 months ago and have yet to receive anything. I reached out to them right after I placed the order to ask a question and after numerous emails (there is no phone number), I finally received a message back a week later stating they can't change anything after 24 hours. Well that's convenient since they decided not to get back to me after multiple attempts. You can tell their "customer service" department is international because the email I received back had a ton of grammatical errors and some sentences didn't even make sense. They said they would reach out to management to see if they could help me. I reached out a week later since no response and "management" still didn't get back to her. (weird) I followed up once a week for another 3 weeks and she said "they finally got back to me, but your order was already shipped so we can't do anything." How does a company not speak with their "employees?" Anyways, that was 30 days ago, and I still haven't seen anything. But they didn't have a problem charging my card the day I put the order in. I was trying to support a small business, but the problem here is that this isn't a real business. Please do NOT make the same mistake I did.

Wish I would have read the reviews on this prior to ordering. Total scam.... Terrible customer service. Ordered two paint by numbers in late February and it is still has not arrived (June). Reached out multiple times to customer service who gives a generic "it is on the way, sorry" response.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. I have not received a shipping confirmation, have not received ANY response to multiple emails. If I had known I would just be donating $50, I would have spent it elsewhere.

Paid for a product that never came. They have only responded to one email. Have sent multiple emails asking for shipping confirmation, tracking number or a refund - have heard nothing.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I did not receive my order and when following up I got the most unprofessional emails from Damir. I dont recommend this company: they dont need your business, seeing they way they treated me, a paying customer.
