It looks like I'm not the only one. I ordered from this "company" over 2 months ago and have yet to receive anything. I reached out to them right after I placed the order to ask a question and after numerous emails (there is no phone number), I finally received a message back a week later stating they can't change anything after 24 hours. Well that's convenient since they decided not to get back to me after multiple attempts. You can tell their "customer service" department is international because the email I received back had a ton of grammatical errors and some sentences didn't even make sense. They said they would reach out to management to see if they could help me. I reached out a week later since no response and "management" still didn't get back to her. (weird) I followed up once a week for another 3 weeks and she said "they finally got back to me, but your order was already shipped so we can't do anything." How does a company not speak with their "employees?" Anyways, that was 30 days ago, and I still haven't seen anything. But they didn't have a problem charging my card the day I put the order in. I was trying to support a small business, but the problem here is that this isn't a real business. Please do NOT make the same mistake I did.
