One excuse after the other for turning down valid claims.
Keep getting turned down for claims that are PMB's, one excuse after the other, latest one, "claim sent from incorrect email address.

29 May 2026, 09:31 Discovery Health is forcing me through a disgraceful paper chase to avoid paying a Prescribed Minimum Benefit (PMB) claim.I submitted the invoice with correct ICD‑10 and nappi codes. They rejected it, then demanded I and my doctor complete “Out‑of‑Hospital PMB application” forms — essentially resubmitting the same invoice again.This is not healthcare, it’s obstruction. Patients shouldn’t have to waste time and energy duplicating paperwork just to access benefits guaranteed by law.Discovery must stop these conniving tactics and honor PMB claims without delay. South Africans deserve medical aid schemes that respect the law and their members.
