She is always quick to respond to emails, closes queries efficiently, and has been incredibly helpful with member claims refunds. Her training on the Kaelo portal was also professional, clear, and very informative. Sandy is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to assist. We truly appreciate her outstanding support and excellent turnaround times.
