almost 2 weeks ago i was promised my refund on an item the store did not have , refund was supposed to take 3 to 7 days , i am still awaiting my refund . when we purchase we have to pay upfront. now it seems like they happy sitting with the clients money. disgusting , disgraceful and dishonorable of Dior SA, this after repeated calls and emails , i for one will never deal with Dior SA online again
