Thank you very much for bringing this delivery problem under our attention. It is always sad to learn of clients experiencing any problems with delivery and for this we sincerely apologise.
A formal complaint was logged against the carrier with the instruction to still deliver your newspaper within the morning, and also to ensure that this lapse in delivery does not repeat itself.
Upon our follow up call this morning you confirmed that you have not checked if the re-delivery has taken place, but will contact us with your feedback.
We once again apologise for the unacceptable inconvenience and look forward to your response.
