Prompt Resolution

​I am updating my previous review regarding my recent order issue. ​Following my complaint, I must commend Dial-a-Bed’s team for their rapid response, they got back to me within two hours or less, and the item was successfully delivered to my door the very same day. ​They explained that the delay was due to severe weather conditions, specifically the recent rains and floods, which is entirely understandable. However, as a matter of good business practice and consumer transparency, I would have greatly appreciated it if this had been communicated to me earlier, rather than leaving me in the dark until I escalated the matter. ​That being said, I sincerely appreciate the team reaching out so quickly to rectify the situation once the issue was raised.
