I am updating my previous review regarding my recent order issue. Following my complaint, I must commend Dial-a-Bed’s team for their rapid response, they got back to me within two hours or less, and the item was successfully delivered to my door the very same day. They explained that the delay was due to severe weather conditions, specifically the recent rains and floods, which is entirely understandable. However, as a matter of good business practice and consumer transparency, I would have greatly appreciated it if this had been communicated to me earlier, rather than leaving me in the dark until I escalated the matter. That being said, I sincerely appreciate the team reaching out so quickly to rectify the situation once the issue was raised. Thank you for the swift turnaround.
