Lies, no delivery, wasted my money and time

Bought a bed base from dial a bed New Market Alberton on 15th May. i told the salesperson i work till 5 took time off for delivery at 16:00. He agreed. At 17h40 driver called and informed me his on his way from centurion. It's getting dark and had to reschedule After 10+ calls and rude treatment from the call centre they agreed to Saturday 23 may. Driver called at 14:00 saying he have flat tire. then switch his phone off and never showed. Alberton branch gave zero help.

Today 25 May beds still not delivered. Staff lie, driver don't show and customer service doesn't care. Don't buy from dial a bed if you value your time and money
