Please be advised that I have escalated the matter to the case officer, who has been in communication with SARS regarding this shipment. All required documentation has been submitted to SARS; however, there are currently delays in receiving responses from their side.
Once all relevant details have been provided and customs release is confirmed, I will promptly update you. The standard turnaround time for a response is usually 2–3 working days; however, I will closely monitor the progress and provide you with daily updates.
