Cargo held for freight invoice
Estimated delivery time was yesterday, when I call to find out what the reason is for the “hold” is because DHL does not have the freight invoice despite DHL itself moving the cargo

26 May 2026, 16:32We have still not been given a reason for the "hold". I was told earlier today by Simphiwe that the cargo would be shipped this afternoon. At the time of writing this the cargo is noted as "Shipment is on hold".

27 May 2026, 06:43A case was already opened on the 25th, but it is becoming increasingly clear that simply opening cases is not helping to move the cargo. We are currently paying more than what FedEx charges for a service that is significantly poorer.
