They close the calls...

They close the calls that we log for faulty water meter..I call every day and they just escalate since 27 Nov 2025...they promise that the plumber will be dispatched but no visibility..I am.now sick and tired..reference number *** unresolved since 27 Nov 2025..we are billed incorrectly and pay almost R3000 for water alone..there is no one we can speak to we are just told that it is escalated..I spoke to Victor Makambule..Ofentse..Gloria..Sipho Mabela..Maria Lesthuku..Mavis Mokgethoa..Thabiso Mahlala and email send to supervisor Valencia ..these are all from the tshwane call centre and email send to supervisor Sibusiso..we need urgent action today..previous call *** was closed without resolution...call me urgently on ***
