Improve your standards
I'm writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I witnessed at the dental department reception. As I sat in the waiting area, I noticed a stark difference in how staff treated patients based on their race. The receptionist greeted Caucasian patients with big smiles and warm welcomes, but African patients, including myself, were met with a stone-faced expression and lack of enthusiasm. It's disheartening to see such unequal treatment, especially when we're all paying customers.
