I ordered hair a week or 2 before my graduation and before making payment, i asked if they would be able to deliver before my grad and they reassured me it will be before the day and that they won't disappoint. They asked for an immediate payment which I did and gave 2 addresses of which 1 of them was closer to their business, I kept on asking when they would deliver until the day before my grad of which I advised I'll be leaving at 10am and they still advised it would be delivered before that time and only at 10:30 they texted to tell me they were tracking my order and today still I'm still waiting for my order and my grad was on the 8th of May already.

My colleague ordered in January 2026 and till today haven't received the product. She have paid R120 courier fees and later after paying was told it's high risk area and will not deliver. They then asked for additional R350 to get an alternative courier. She then declined the extra R350 payment for an alternative courier service. Till today she is still waiting for them. Today after repeated threat to report them, they then promised to deliver the product with PEP Store Delivery Service. We will see if they will deliver within the 7 days and will come back to update you. The current service received from Deluxe Hair Studio is not good.

This is such a ****, they should be closed. They de***** so many people. I hope all the clients can get to a ***** case against them. I too have paid and there is still no delivery.Do not fall for this trap, the request an immediate payment so that you are not able to reverse it as they will not deliver!

****mers, we made a payment on 19th December never received our hair, every we make contact they are r promising next time u speak to new person they refuse to give their names, at tines they rude, tired I need the hair I ordered

0 zero Disappointing experience with Deluxe Pretoria Store . I placed an order for a wig on 02/Feb/2026 and was told it would take 3-5 working days for delivery after payment. However, it's now March and I still haven't received my order. Despite paying R120 for delivery, there's been complete radio silence from the seller. As a first-time customer, I expected better communication and service. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this seller to others based on this experience.
