No petrol card for diesel and no bathrooms

Bus had to wait at some garage on my way to Capetown from Johannesburg because drivers were not given petrol card with credit. Real what kind of a company that gives drivers bus without petrol card. We had to wait for over an hour at some garage , while we were still about 3hours before we arrive. According to the bookings arrival time was 11h30 but we arrive 4 hours late 15h00. Worst bus to use ever.

Also for such long hours the bus didn't have a toilet. And it was also dirty. Worst experience ever
