Delta Coaches over loads their buses and they have poor customer service when asked about it,particularly, the drivers

Delta Coaches bus takes overload of passengers, my mother and 6 year old kid are seated in the passage of that bus from King William Town to Cape Town in this winter cold and they paid a full price!
