No Customer service and a BULLY

Didn't honour warranty and gave me some BULL S I damaged my Lap Top screen casing which developed a hair crack on the outer casing. Both the Retailer and Dell will never see me again. Also, how is this for a customer centric / collaborative approach to dealing with customers (Now ex). "If you change your email address, you will lose access to your order history, software licenses, subscriptions, and device registration history"
